What began as family recipes served in our restaurant naturally grew into products as guest demand continued to grow — with more people asking to enjoy those same flavors at home, again and again.

Behind the Name

Taco Tuesdays comes from the tradition of Taco Tuesday — a day built around fresh tacos, shared moments, and coming together over food that feels familiar and special.

But what do “authentic ingredients” actually mean?

It means real food, prepared fresh with traditional techniques — no artificial ingredients, no fillers, no GMOs, and always gluten-free. Made daily and shipped quickly, so the flavor you taste is exactly what we serve in our kitchen.

What began in our restaurant in Delray Beach, Florida became a product line because people asked for it — again and again. Guests wanted the same flavors they loved, wherever they were.

Each recipe is crafted by our in-house culinary team using techniques passed down from Abuelita and her grandmother, thoughtfully refined for consistency, freshness, and balance. Every salsa, tortilla chip, and tortilla is made with simple, carefully selected ingredients and prepared fresh daily.These are not mass-produced foods.
