Authentic Corn Tortilla

4 Roma tomatoes, diced

1/2 white onion, finely diced

1 jalapeño, minced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1–2 limes

1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Remove seeds if very juicy.
2. Finely dice the onion and mince the jalapeño.
3. Add tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a bowl.
4. Pour in lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
5. Stir until well combined.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
7. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
